3D Cone Beam and Tooth design

3D cone beam Xray taken and 3D image of the tooth is extracted. 

3D milling with Titanium

Based on the 3D shape of the natural tooth, the implant replica of the tooth is milled with 3D milling machine. 

Extraction of the tooth

Tooth is extracted with local anesthetic.

NTS implant

NTS implant is placed into the same socket of the natural tooth with a provisional restoration.
